Both of these works are using items found in the street, they both use materials that are commonplace and ubiquitous within the urban environment. With the arch painting I am using a deconstructed pallet to frame the artwork while the painting itself is referencing traditional architectural and construction motifs. The painting also references the loss of pastoral landscape and green space in exchange for the urban environment.
